Reservation Explained
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the $1,000 build reservation work?
Your reservation locks your price and fitment window for 12 months and comes straight off your final invoice. It’s a part payment, not an extra fee. If we can’t deliver your build, you get every cent back. If you cancel in writing within 14 days of paying, the deposit is refunded in full. After 14 days it is forfeited to cover the parts, engineering and build slot we’ve committed to your order. Reservations are transferable to another vehicle you own with the same driveline package.
Is the torque converter covered by warranty?"
Torque converters carry no warranty except new converters supplied by us with data logging enabled from installation onward and complete logs produced on request. Any over-temperature event voids the warranty on the converter and the gearbox. See section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
